Task for DUMAG:

  • Replacement of existing burner system on a 3-pass-boiler, due to problems at the
    incineration of waste oil contaminated with textile fibres
  • The waste oil accrues at the washing of cleaning rags. It consists of 15 – 30% water.
  • As alternative fuel light fuel oil is availabel
  • Depending on the availability compressed air
    or steam can be used for atomisation
  • Existing equipment for waste oil, fuel oil, combustion air and burner control unit shall be used
