Task for DUMAG:
- Replacement of existing
burner system on a
3-pass-boiler, due to problems at the
incineration of waste oil contaminated with
textile fibres
- The waste oil accrues at the washing of
cleaning rags. It consists of 15 – 30% water.
- As alternative fuel
light fuel oil is availabel
- Depending on the availability compressed air
or steam can be used for atomisation
- Existing equipment for waste oil,
fuel oil,
combustion air and burner control unit shall
be used
