Important Information for our customers


The current COVID-19 situation, beyond our all control, requires responsible pre-cautions in accordance with current legislative measures and in the interest of our employees and partners.

We have the obligation to inform you about the following measures, consequences and restrictions valid until further notice.

  • In order to slow down the spreading of the COVID-19 virus, the number of employees in the DUMAG office is reduced to a minimum, who will only manage important communication and logistic matters.
  • All other DUMAG employees are working from at home and are available per email or on the mobile phone.
  • In general, any travelling and personal contact, especially regarding after-sales services abroad, are prohibited. In urgent matters our service hotline may support you via phone and remote service.
  • Please accept due to the current situation possible delays in the processing of your orders and answering of your inquiries.
  • We are in close contact with our partners and suppliers to keep you updated about the status in our joint projects.
