International Commissioning and Service Automation Engineer based in Novi Sad (RS) or Austria (AT), working international
Job description:
- Commissioning and service of industrial combustion systems, and its parts
- Performing function and acceptance tests
- Software Development and Commissioning PCS7(Step 7 CFC) with S7-400F and TIA Portal with S7-1500F
- Plant Visualization (WINCC, Zenon or similar)
- Fail Safe software development and SIL/PL calculation
- Active participation in feasibility/safety studies
- Working in cooperation with department of project development
- Active client support, also via remote control
YOUR profile…
- Higher technical education or university degree (mechatronics/automation)
- 5+ years of experience as field service and support engineer
- Working knowledge of automatic control, programming and implementation of programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Capable of understanding, operating and repairing complete system, as well as separate components – valves, actuators, measuring instruments, fans, etc…
- Fluent in written and spoken English including technical English is a must,
- All other languages are a plus
- Willingness to work on international projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job description:
- Designing and development on PLC software in Step7
- Designing and development of safety applications including HAZOPS and Risk assessment as well as safety instrument function design and SIL calculations
- Working on documentation and manuals
- Designing function and control concepts for burner projects
- Working in cooperation with department of project development and electrical engineering
- Supporting commissioning and service of industrial combustion systems
- Performing function and acceptance tests
YOUR profile…
- Higher technical education or university degree (mechatronics/automation)
- 3+ years of experience
- Good knowledge of Siemens Step 7, TIA portal
- Fluent in written and spoken English including technical English is a must
- All other languages are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Design of detail assemblies and preparation of detail drawings
- Creation of production documents (drawings, work plans, parts lists)
- Change service for drawings, parts lists and work plan
- Collaboration in development projects
- Internal design approvals
- Internal and external coordination with suppliers
- Internal and external acceptance at contract manufacturers
- Designing and development of burner and plant
- Working on documentation and manuals
YOUR profile….
- Completed technical education in mechanical engineering or mechatronics (HTL, FH or TU)
- Knowledge in 3D design with Creo Prametrics and drawing management Windchill (or similar)
- Execution of technical calculations, design of components
- Initiative in product improvements and further product developments
- Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
- Team player with a high willingness to learn and a quick grasp of new things
- Very good knowledge of German and English
