Systems

The name DUMAG stands for competence in all matters of combustion technology. Our customers associate the positive image of the brand DUMAG with technical sophistication, reliability and durability. Our systems are used worldwide and are known for a stable and safe operation.

Thermal Oxidizer

Our masterpiece for liquids and waste gases

Starting from the well-thought burner configuration, DUMAG contributes its long-term experience and knowledge to provide an appropriate design of the overall thermal oxidizer system for a proper operation.

Waste Incinerator

The most suitable solution for treating liquid and gaseous waste

Decades of experience enable us to offer versatile and customer-specific incineration plants for the majority of industrial branches. Solutions in the field of wastewater, nitrogenous waste and halogenated waste utilization considering specified emission limit values set us apart.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer

Our unique solution for big air flows

In case your waste gas specification includes a stream with significant high flow rate, consisting mainly of air, CO2 or N2, besides containing a low or even no load of volatile organic compounds (VOC), a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) system could be the preferred treatment solution.

Boilers & Heat Recovery

Stand-Alone utility supply or part of a process solution

DUMAG’s industrial burners are an integrated part in many heat generation systems, such as steam boilers or thermal oil heaters. In order to provide our customers an integrated approach for the design of such units as part of DUMAG’s combustion technologies, a cooperation with ERK has been agreed on.

NOX Limiting Technologies

Applying a multilevel NOX control strategy for reliable results

Most of the relevant nitrogen oxides NOx are generated by two mechanism: the fuel and the temperature related formation. By applying efficient primary measures DUMAG can minimize the NOx generated in the combustion unit. In case the given circumstances require a further reduction of the NOx content in the flue gas, secondary measures based on selective catalytic (SCR) or non-catalytic (SNCR) reduction technology are most appropriate.
